First Degree Reiki Class – Age 13-adult (4 hour class)
The First Degree Reiki introduces you to the history of Reiki.
You will learn how to do healing on the physical body level, on yourself and others.
You will also learn which health problems can be related to blockages in the Chakras.

Second Degree Reiki Class – Age 13-adult (4 hour class)
Second Degree Reiki teaches you to heal on the mental and emotional levels.
You learn three Reiki symbols and how to use them to increase the energy flow.
You will also learn how to do Reiki on someone from a distance.
