All utilities included....1 bdrm + den on the 5th floor overlooking the small courtyard which is very quiet and peaceful. Lake across the street. Master bedroom has queen bed, spacious living room, queen size pull-out sofa.; a T.V. There is 1 full bathroom. Full kitchen, eating bar, dining table, laundry, and balcony with gas barbeque.
